Some conservative evangelicals… make a basic error in assuming that the literal interpretation of all texts is both madatory and obvious. [This is discussed by Vern S. Poythress, Understanding Dispensationalists; see especially ch. 8 ‘What Is Literal Interpretation?’]

How many who would call themselves “Reformed” would agree with the Dispensationalists’ Literal interpretation against the Reformed Christological interpretation?
